We’re thrilled that our program continues to be in high demand! Here’s a quick overview of how our enrollment process works:

Although we offer a Winter/Spring session, we structure our dance year similarly to a school year. Dancers enrolled in Fall 2025 will have first priority to roll over into the next session.

Our waitlists began forming back in July, and while availability may now be limited, we highly encourage you to join the waitlists for any classes you're interested in. These waitlists will also be used as we plan for our Winter/Spring 2026 session.

If a spot opens in any of our youth classes, we will prioritize:

1. Transfer requests from current students

2. Then move to the waitlist.

Most of our dancers choose to continue from one session to the next, but schedules do shift, and openings do happen … especially as plans change for families who joined the waitlist early.

So even if you're joining later, it’s still worth getting on the list. You never know what may open up!

* = Director Placement. Must be enrolled by Joy in Motion.

! = Ballet is recommended for all Jazz and Contemporary students.

+ Must have at least 2 years of dance experience in that genre.
