We have a great Parking Lot for Parties!

**We are currently not offering IN-STUDIO Rentals!**

Parking Lot Rental w/Staff On-Site plus amenities includes:

  • 30 minutes of set-up time
    (Complimentary and scheduled prior to the contracted party start time)

  • 30 minutes of instruction

  • Additional party time
    Based on planned activities such as crafts, food, games, or singing Happy Birthday

  • Clean-up time included
    Clean-up must be completed by the contract end time

⚠️ Important Timing Note:
The contract End Time includes clean-up. Additional fees will apply if time extends beyond the contracted end time.

Recommended Party Length

1 hour and 15 minutes is the shortest party length we recommend. 2 hours is the most common.

Below are two example timelines to help with planning:

EXAMPLE #1 – Quick Party (1 Hour 15 Minutes)

Contract Time: 1:00 PM – 2:15 PM

  • 12:30 PM – Complimentary set-up time begins
    (You may arrive earlier to stage items; staff will arrive 30 minutes prior to the contract start time.)

  • 1:00 PM – Party begins / guests arrive

  • 1:15 PM – 1:45 PM – Dancing

  • 1:45 PM – 2:00 PM – Happy Birthday song, cupcakes, free play

  • 2:00 PM – 2:15 PM – Guest pick-up and clean-up

EXAMPLE #2 – Longer Party (2 Hours)

Contract Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

  • 12:30 PM – Complimentary set-up time begins
    (You may arrive earlier to stage items; staff will arrive 30 minutes prior to the contract start time.)

  • 1:00 PM – Party begins / guests arrive

  • 1:15 PM – 1:45 PM – Dancing

  • 1:45 PM – 1:55 PM – Snack and relaxation time

  • 1:55 PM – 2:20 PM – Craft activity (hosted by family)

  • 2:20 PM – 2:45 PM – Happy Birthday song, cupcakes, free play

  • 2:45 PM – 3:00 PM – Guest pick-up and clean-up

🎵 Music plays throughout the party, except during the Happy Birthday song.

AMENITIES:

  • Bathrooms available

  • Oven for use

  • Refrigerator/Freezer for use

  • 4 - Standard 6' Tables available for use (bring own linens)

  • Contract and Release of Liability Waiver must be signed prior to use.

  • Must follow County Safety Guidelines

Pricing for Families with One Active Family Member Enrolled

  • $400 – First hour
    (Does not include complimentary 30-minute set-up time)

  • $50 non-refundable deposit required with signed contract

  • Contract End Time includes clean-up
    ⏱️ $25 per 15 minutes will be charged for time exceeding the contract end time

  • $150 – Each additional hour of party time
    (Includes clean-up)

  • $150 – Additional 30-minute set of games or instruction led by our staff

Pricing for Families with NO Current Enrollments

  • $425 – First hour
    (Does not include complimentary 30-minute set-up time)

  • $50 non-refundable deposit required with signed contract

  • Contract End Time includes clean-up
    ⏱️ $25 per 15 minutes will be charged for time exceeding the contract end time

  • $150 – Each additional hour of party time

  • $150 – Additional 30-minute set of games or instruction led by our staff

At-Home or Off-Site Parties Include:

  • 30–40 minutes of instruction

  • Release of Liability must be completed prior to the party date

PRICING (At-Home or Off-Site):

  • $300 – Families with one active family member enrolled

  • $325 – Families with NO current enrollments

Included for All Parties (On-Site & Off-Site):

We facilitate:

  • A quick warm-up

  • A “copy me” dance

  • Dance exercises and/or games

  • Choreography designed specifically with the Birthday Person in mind
