Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound bath where the power of vibration and stillness come together to guide you into a state of profound relaxation. Each session begins with Yoga Nidra (a grounding deep guided meditation) to arrive and prepare the body and mind for receptivity. As you settle in, the soothing resonance of gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, shakers, drums, tuning forks, and other healing instruments will wash over you, inviting a release of tension and a return to balance. This experience is designed to support deep rest, energetic alignment, and inner harmony.

MEDITATION GUIDE - LIZ SCHRIVER NYKODYM
Liz graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Davis and a Master’s degree in Education from Chapman University. As a life-long learner, athlete and teacher, Liz’s athletic background promoted herinterest of teaching and coaching others about mind-body connection, fitness, and overall well-being. It was the sport of Ironman distance triathlon and open water swimming that led to her passion of Yoga.

Her first love was Ashtanga, but she has since expanded her practice and teaching to include Iyengar, Viniyoga, Chakra Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga for Fertility, Prenatal/Postnatal, Chair Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Sound Bath Journeys, Trauma Informed Somatic Practice, and Oncology Yoga classes.

Under the guidance and mentorship of Nikki Estrada, Erika Trice and Inatsugu, she completed 500 hours of the Advanced Professional Teacher Training with YogaWorks in San Francisco when pregnant with her first child in 2010. Since then, she continued to study the deeper practices in the Yoga tradition such as pranayama (breath) and meditation with Shiva Rea, Janet Stone, Gurmukh, Jeremy Falk, Peter Walters, and Yvonne Kingsley and went on to complete trainings in Advanced Theta Healing, Intuitive Angel Healing and became a Reiki Master and Sound Healer. She now uses her Yoga practice and Energy Healing Modalities as a training ground to learn, practice and share how to be a more present, connected, intentional, and compassionate person.

A focus of her classes is encouraging students to explore these things and what Yoga means to them; to remember the peace, strength and resilience that already exists within and that each moment, each breath, is a divine opportunity to begin again! In the words of one of her precious, wise daughters, “don’t say sh*t Mama, say OM.” - Nati.

She is deeply grateful to all of her teachers, especially the daily lessons learned from her guru son and twin daughters.
